Denis developed an extensive experience in the Middle East, including being President of Hotels Operations for Dur Hospitality, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia' oldest hospitality group. 

Before that, Denis was Chief Executive Officer of Mangalis Hotel Group, where he developed four successful brands dedicated to the African market.

Previously, Denis was a key-member of world leader’ Accor Hospitality in the Greater Middle East, where he was in charge of operations, branding, quality control, human resources, and  training.

This is during his time with Accor that Denis became a founding-member of the UAE's Emiratization for the hospitality industry, experience he soon extended in particular to Yemen and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
