Job Summary:

  • Managing and nurturing our team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our teammates well-being. 

  • Collaborate closely with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, all while maintaining high-quality service standards in the corporate hospitality sector.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and keeps records and forms of human resources management and enters data on the system and government websites. 

  • Handles all visa (Iqama) related duties with the Government. 

  • Participates in planning and preparing executive programs for human resources management. 

  • Implements planning and executive programs for human resources. 

  • Edits and processes all appointment decisions, definitions, resignations, and vacations. 

  • Ensures the implementation of the procedural and legal rules for work and employees. 

  • Prepares annual salary and promotions lists. 

  • When required by the Chief People Officer, assists and participates in job advertisements, receiving applicants, conducting interviews, and nominating the best elements for work. 

  • Responsible for following up on attendance, departure, and absence. 

  • Assists and participates in the analysis of all employee-related problems such as dropouts, job satisfaction, salary structure, and job vacancies. 

  • Assists and participates in the compilation of performance evaluation reports from department heads and managers as per policy and assists them in drafting and analyzing these reports. 

  • Prepares and edits the monthly payroll.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

 

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate hospitality or service-oriented environment.

  • Enjoys being a team mate and assisting colleagues of all ranks and profiles is a must.

  • Ability to work under pressure is a must.

  • Good humored is a plus.

  • Enjoys working in a multicultural environment is a must.

  • Be sustainability-conscious is a must.
